The Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria is an independent, professional membership body for customer service operators. Our primary purpose is to promote customer service performance and professionalism. We are a membership body with a community of members from the private, public, and third sectors.

As a professional body, the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria has trained several candidates who have distinguished themselves in remarkable service delivery. The Institute aims to help small businesses, large institutions, and agencies deliver consistently remarkable customer service to their clients. Our Institute is governed by a board of professionals and collaborates with other professional bodies and associations worldwide.

Our membership is open to individuals and cooperative bodies involved in or who desire to offer effective and efficient customer service to their clients or prospective clients. Our training is designed to equip our members with the adequate knowledge required to meet the ever-changing needs of customers. Besides training and certification, we are also involved in consultancy, as we offer recruitment services to organizations and agencies.
